Service for: Founders, C-Level Executives, Funders, Corporate Finance and M&A Advisors (intermediaries, lawyers, accountants, etc.)

Calls to Structured as One Hour Zoom Calls, and it is anticipated that there will be no more than 30 minutes invested to review materials prior to the call, and no more than 30 minutes to draft post-call notes to client. If the conversation requires more time, then additional costs will be incurred for additional calls/work, through one of our other service packages.

    Scan:  Understanding the context, opportunity and challenge from the current perspective of the client
  • Zoom Call (60 mins)
    Focus:  A conversation to explore, discuss, ideate, spar and assess best next steps
  • Post-Call Report (30 mins)
    Act - Providing a concise assessment of current state and proposed alternative and preferred next steps for client
