This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Washington in any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of Our Website or Services. You may provide notice to us of dispute by email addressed to support@aeryadvisors.com with the heading “Notice of Dispute”. We may provide notice to you via email or other electronic means.
6.2. This agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is hereby expressly excluded.
